I love China because Chinese people love me. :D
I love China because Chinese is such a beautiful language.
I love China because the food is various in taste appearance.
I love China because they don't shoot people randomly on the streets for drug money (not as much as in my home country anyways).
I love China because the culture is astounding and probably the deepest in the world.

There are reasons I hate China too, but this is a website where we are supposed to write reasons why we love China.

Hai

i first fell in love with China when i was 14. How i feel about it is so hard to explain..but there is not any thing about China that i do not love, and even though i have not been there..it is all i think about. I have found it really interesting how some people sort of have this connection to China that is just unexplainable. It is China itself that i am in love with.
Well, i guess there is just one thing i really want to say,
China is beautiful and amazing..i know maybe everything may not be perfect, but that is what makes China China, and without those imperfect things China would no longer be who it is.

I thought I would share what I consider to be the great aspects of living in Beijing. I will use many juxtapositions to my life in the United States, so if you are not American, you may not fully comprehend my comparisons.

First of all, people mind their own business here. I love that part of Chinese society. People outside the family don't get involved in family disputes. If a wife and husband are having a fight and and argument, no one goes to jail. In America the police are required to take one of you to jail, and a domestic abuse charge is given to one of you and follows you around for the rest of your life. I would like to point out this has never happened to me. But, it is a family matter in my eyes and I think the punishment does not fit the crime, in most instances. I read constantly of how China is a police state. That may be the case, in a political sense. But, if you are not a political activist, the police rarely bother you unless you are a real criminal. You never have to worry about a policeman coming up to you and giving you a citation for jaywalking, or any one of a thousand possible violations unrelated to public safety that American police give out to US Citizens for the sole purpose of venting their frustrations and generating revenue for your city. The US has legislated common sense out of our society.

The food is second on my list. The food in China is incredible. It is nothing like the fare that is passed off as Chinese food in America. In the winter time my favorite food is Hot Pot. This food is served uncooked to your table and you have a hot plate and a large pot of flavored broth. You put the uncooked meat, fresh vegetables, noodles, fish and other delicacies in the pot and boil until done. You are given a bowl of sesame sauce to dip the food in if you wish. Two words to describe this experience: delicious and healthy.
In the summer time my favorite dining experience is barbeque. This is nothing like it's American cousin. Skewers of beef, lamb, chicken and pork are seasoned and grilled over coal in open air markets and side streets. There are a variety of fresh vegetables and seafood available, also. You and your friends will sit on small stools and a matching table, drinking the local beer or tea, and enjoy the camaraderie well into the evening. Of course, those are just my two favorites. There are thousands upon thousands of small restaurants serving delicious dishes, and no two restaurants have the same menu.

The work is next on my list what I love about China. I work as a professor at a great university.
I work 3 half days, 9 hours of teaching, and I receive a great salary by Chinese standards with 2 months paid vacation and 2 months salary as a bonus every year. There is also lots of work available to supplement my income. Whereas in America jobs are very scarce I get 3-5 job offers a week. I have chosen a Swedish company to work for in my ample spare time, drug testing athletes across east Asia for illegal drug use, and plan to find a second teaching job in September. All positions pay more for 1 hours work than 90% of all Chinese receive for a days work. I even get work on Chinese movies. For a guy that has always loved working, I am in paradise.

China is an inexpensive place to travel. Most people come to China to look for a wife or get a English teaching job. I know China is the easy place in the world to get married..(Guys know what im talking about.) So respect the people and the country for giving you a new hope in life..

Cheers.

Hey guys...

I definitly love China... I spent my exchange year there. Since almost I am back from an amazing year in China.
I ealize even more how much I miss and love China with all its' people...
I will definitly come back and spend more time in that incredible country.
I'm so glad I went to China even if I got offered a place in Hongkong... it was the best choice ever.
Without words...

I am from Eastern Indian state Bihar the land of Buddha. I love China because Chinese people love Buddha.
I think China is the best country of the world. Tough law and order is good to control huge population. If you don't adopt tough law then your country can become lawless and poor like Biharand Assam.

Highly educated people in western countries talk Dalai lama, Freedom of Tibet, Human rights, Global warming, thinning of Ozone layer, Pollution, deforestation but these white people never trust people of poor countries.
These white people think poor people are thief liar, dishonest, illegal immigrant, cunning etc. If an Asian want to talk with a white people in Connaught Place in New Delhi that white people will never talk with you. I mean white people are genetically raciest. Even almighty God the father of Jesus can't change these raciest white people.
Muslim people and Muslim countries too not good. Both race are dangerous for this world :-)O you know White people are searching for Aliens on other p
