You never finish learning Chinese

The biggest problem you will probably run into is that the process of learning Chinese never ends. A little bit after thinking you have seen the light at the end of the tunnel, you realize it’s just an oncoming train that will knock you back to your senses.

Learning Chinese is not an easy or quick process. Nor is a path that everyone who starts upon can finish. But for many it is an enjoyable challenge. And one that is worth taking up for some.
