A significant portion of students from China are still deciding to stay in the United States, but the trend is starting to change, particularly in the engineering and science fields where opportunities are rapidly growing in China.  As a result, recently China&#039;s &quot;brain-drain&quot; is beginning to decline and work in its favor.</description>
